You're invited to attend the Greater Mount Airy Chamber of Commerce's Candidate 101 Seminar. Learn the basics of what it takes to run for local or state government offices and participate in a resourceful Q&A session.

• Open to anyone who may be considering running for office (City, Town, County, School Board, State).
• Attendees will gain: Insight into what is needed to run a successful campaign, advice on preparing to run for office, knowledge on what to expect while running for office and as an elected official. 
• Board of Elections staff will attend to explain candidate and election procedures
